History
EBS developed version 1 of ReACT in 2002 for Wyre Forest Community Housing Trust.
The specification was compiled with the assistance of their anti social behaviour unit located in Kidderminster, West Midlands.
Version 2 of ReACT launched in 2003, is SQL based and was developed with the assistance of Devon and Cornwall Housing Association.
Version 3 is essentially the same as version 2 but is browser based using the latest .net technology, supports remote access and mobile working and can be hosted.
Version 3.2 was launched in March 2008, with new functionality, security levels and customisation.
